Puzzling with the province

The Province of Utrecht wanted to involve its citizens (more intensively) on a number of questions about the organization of the public space, knowing that 'the citizen' is generally reluctant to think about 'vague subjects'.

solution

Creápolis chose a comical approach and developed a new form of online citizen participation introducing primeval*** Utrecht couple Ben and Wil Utrecht.

RESULT

'Puzzle along with the province' was in fact a cross between a select pointer and a referendum and thus deliverd both citizens and the province a great deal of information.
