How to use social media in your job search

Job seeking through social media such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn has increased vastly in a short time. This puts some of the  jobseekers registered at UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) at a disadvantage.

(In co-operation with RadarVertige) Creápolis developed the online training 'Find a job with social media' for UWV. The training consists of 4 parts: ‘Introduction: Social media & finding a job’, ‘Profiling on social media’, ‘Networking through social media’ and ‘Applying via social media’. Instructions, interviews, examples and assignments explain how you can make the best possible use of social media when finding a job.

By using the internet instead of training at an UWV office, the organisation can offer training to more job seekers than ever.
