Job Application Training

Jobseekers with an unemployment benefit have to do with the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency). In the past jobseekers were personally supervised and regularly had consultation (in person or by telephone) with a job coach or work consultant. Due to budget cuts the personal guidance of jobseekers has almost entirely disappeared and the services are transferred to the Internet.

The way (back) to work begins with a good job application. Creápolis (along with RadarVertige) developed the Online Training Application skills for the UWV. The training consists of four parts: 'Preparing a job application', 'Networking', 'Resume and letter of application writing' and 'The Interview'. With instruction, interviews, examples and assignments, users learn everything about applying and thus increase their job prospects. Online Training Applications skills is now used by more than 600,000 job seekers.
